Georgia Life Sciences Summit

The Georgia Life Sciences Summit, Innovation for a Healthier World…Meeting the Challenge, will be held October 28, 2010 at the AmericasMart in Atlanta, Georgia. The Summit is considered the pre-eminent gathering of scientists and industry decision makers for Georgia’s life sciences community. This year, the conference is expanding to include agriculture, food nutrition, bioenergy, and industrial production in addition to the traditional focus on biomedicines.

Professional Science Master's Program Now Offered at the University of Georgia

This podcast highlights UGA’s new Professional Science Master’s (PSM) program in biomanufacturing and bioprocessing. The PSM program is designed to meet the workforce needs of the growing biotechnology industry by providing hands-on training to science and technology graduates.
